- If you forgot your password, please go to the MIS Department office and ask our
secretary that you forgot your password. We will then check your identity and override
your current password so that you can change them later.
- If you believe that somebody has used your CyberAccount, please let us know immediatelly
so that we can conduct an audit to your account.
- If you keep getting a server error then there must be a problem with our servers.
Please try to access this website at least 10 minutes after the error to check if
the service has been restored. If the service error still exists, please contact
the MIS Department office.
